Translation of the well-known "Tārīkh al-rusul wa-al-mulūk" of al-Ṭabarī. Author explains how he was commissioned by Aḥmed Paşa to translate the book into Turkish and occasionally criticizes al-Ṭabarī when he appears to be contradict the Qurʼān. Translator apparently uses both Arabic original and the Persian translation.
